Saturday was the last day of the event, and the atmosphere was a bit wistful, since we had, after all, worked really hard with a taste of blood in our mouths. Well not really, we had really fun during the event. My own day started lightly by hauling the stuff for our cafe, since of course we had to keep it open on Saturday as well.
The day went on really peacefully, there was the right amount of people and the Gods of weather were on our side. The ships were leaving the mighty port of Hietalahti on an even pace during the day, and sooner than I even realized the day was over (for us). The faces that I saw on people when they realized that the sale of hot dogs was over wrecked my heart, and I truly hope that they found some other place to satisfy their hunger (except our hot dogs would've [of course] been the best way to do so). After the day, when we had successfully finished packing and cleaning, I went directly home. I was so tired that it makes me tired to even think about how tired I was. Not even the fact that I missed some good concerts is not making me feel sad, sleep was a hundred times more necessary for me at the time being.
